Position: Senior Asst. Manager/Asst. Manager- HR & Administration
Job Description / Responsibility
- Formulate and facilitate HR Strategic planning process, ensuring that comprehensive plans & strategies are developed, approved and communicated within the organization.
- Ensure alignment with business strategy and HR strategy.
- Works with HR & Admin team to develop & execute strategies for the effective operation of the department.
- Coordinate with HR and Admin team for budgeting & make an effective plan to use the budget within required time period.
- Identify cross functional issues related to HR & Admin and provide guideline in developing and implementing solutions.
- Review & analyze the current policies and practices of the organization and work with the Top Management to interpret, develop, revise, implement & execute new policies, practices, and procedures.
- Collaborates with department/division head to set strategic in long run.
- Identifies and reviews Industry practice; analyzes and applies the information develop the strategies for individual departments.
- Responsible to lead the individual project assigned by authority independently and make schedule for timely execution of the projects,
- Ensure effective use of resources identifying core competencies for optimum productivity & efficiency.
- In collaboration with training team, assess training need of the employees and make plan for the execution of required training effectively.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
Educational Requirements

- Technically sound, energetic & work oriented mind.
- Verbal and typing communication skills in Bengali & English.
